What we do accept:

  • Strongly worded emails (we'll read them aloud for morale)

  • Angry TikTok DMs (tag us, please)

  • Formal grievances filed via our website (we frame the best ones)

What we don't accept:

  • Returns

  • Exchanges

  • Your regret

  • "I changed my mind"

  • "It wasn't sweet enough" (it was. you're just bitter.)

Final sale means final sale.
You smelled it before you bought it. You smelled it after. That's on you, babe.
